The passivation layer design of the VT series forms an impermeable interface between the intermediate medium to cover the resistance of the coating, making it difficult for water vapor to penetrate from the outside. The addition of passivation layer protection enables the VT series to maintain high resistance stability in harsh environments, making it suitable for automotive electronics, telecommunications, industrial and medical equipment, measuring instruments, and power supply systems.
Characteristics and reliability testing standards comply with AEC-Q200 automotive standards. Excellent resistance to high humidity/sulfur environments, high accuracy and stability, low temperature characteristics (TCR), and low electrical noise, high/low temperature cycling test: Δ R/R ± 0.1% vulcanization resistance test (105 ° C, 750 hour vulcanization test environment): Δ R/R ± 2% life/durability test (70 ° C): Δ R/R ± 0.1% high temperature and humidity test (85 ° C/85% RH): Δ R/R ± 0.1%.
