Internet mobile devices, represented by smartphones, wearable devices, and TWS earphones, are becoming increasingly complex in their functions. The communication frequency band is gradually increasing, exacerbating interference between adjacent communication frequency bands. High Q value inductors need to be selected for RF circuits to improve sensitivity and reduce losses. At the same time, the complexity of RF circuits and the number of required devices are increasing, and limited space can only accommodate smaller packaged RF devices. Shunluo Electronics, with years of experience in designing and developing RF inductors and advanced manufacturing platforms, has developed the HQ0201Q series of high Q characteristics ultra small packaged RF inductors to meet market demand. Compared to our existing HQ0402Q series (0.4 × zero point two × 0.3mm), with a volume reduction of about 75% and a reduction of 60% in the board area. For designs with more stringent spatial layout requirements, the emergence of HQ0201Q allows engineers to have ease in development.
